illegal car parking on 13-Aug-2011

Date: 13 Aug 2011 at 2:50PM
Location: Airtel Office, near Sampath Vinayaka temple, Visakhapatnam
Incident:
The Car (HR 26 AB 0316) driver (he is the owner) parked the car in the middle of the road and went to attend his personnel work near by.

Our Observation:
As it is clearly visible from the picture above, the car that is parked in the middle of the busy transit road is seen to be violating traffic rules.

Suggestions to Traffic Department:
The traffic department is supposed to take care of such atrocities that happen in every corner of the city disturbing the daily schedules of the public. In such a situation, the authorities of the traffic department are supposed to take stringent action against these parking violations.

Suggestions to Public:
The vehicle owners/drivers who holds a valid driving licence is supposed to understand the problem that is caused due to parking violations.

In some foreign countries, following traffic rules is their part & partial of their life. In a country like India where it is occupying a permanent membership in United Nations(UN), problems like traffic congestion creates a great havoc.
